We are seeking
Business Support Manager role to join our Wealth Management Department (WM) who
excels at bridging the gap between high-level strategy & front-line
execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business
Liaison - Be a key part of Middle Office function in
WM business to liaise with various stakeholders across sales teams and
functional departments to execute business strategy and firm-wide initiatives
2. Regulatory
Governance - Formulate and maintain front-line policies
to ensure full compliance with current regulations for front-line sales
operation
3. Sales
Process Oversight - Manage end-to-end
compliance for sales activities include but not limited to trading
documentation, pre- & post- trade controls, selling compliance and
suitability assessment
4. Digital
Innovation – Participate in the development &
enhancement of trading platforms, digital channels and internal systems
1. Bachelor’s
degree or above; major in Finance or Business is preferred but not a must
2. Practical
experience in middle office functions & sales governance, preferably in
wealth management, securities brokerage or private banking field
3. Familiarity
with SFC regulatory requirements & compliance considerations regarding
suitability & sales conduct
4. Exhibit
a high-level of integrity, accountability & quality awareness
5. Strong
communication skills in English & Chinese
6. Less-seasoned
candidate with appropriate mentality and capability will be considered
