Spearhead the expansion of sales channels for RWA products in Hong Kong,
developing and executing robust growth strategies to drive market penetration.
• Identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with core investor segments,
including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, fostering
enduring partnerships and deepening long-term business collaboration.
• Monitor industry trends and channel dynamics within the RWA space,
collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, risk
management) to deliver tailored product solutions, and ensure seamless
execution of business operations.
• Degree holder or above in related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial sales, with at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in RWA or asset securitization; comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong’s financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of leveraging established channel resources to achieve
sales targets, with verifiable success cases; strong command of RWA valuation
methodologies and market trends.
• Candidates holding relevant licenses (e.g., SFC) are preferred; exceptional
negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure are
essential.
