System & Implementation Projects

  • Define business requirements for system upgrades impacting trade support and product control.

  • Partner with IT and external vendors to test and deploy new tools for trade booking, reconciliation, and reporting.

  • Support the UAT, training, and process migration for new systems.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Act as liaison among internal parties.

  • Prepare business cases, workflow documentation, and user stories to support project delivery.

  • Drive adoption of new processes and tools via training and change management strategies.

  • Strong documentation, testing, and analytical skills, including process flows, gap analysis, UAT scripts.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) or workflow tools for process automation.

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and project methods.

  • Interest in new product areas (e.g. digital assets, tokenization) as a future business consideration.
