職位描述

·        Assist in handling regulatory inquiries, inspections, and routine communications with regulators

·        Support licensing matters, including application preparation, renewals, and documentation follow-up

·        Support and facilitate FATCA/CRS reporting for tax authorities;

·        Provide assistance on compliance reviews to identify potential gaps and monitor the remediation progress of corrective actions;

·        Prepare and compile regulatory filings, returns, and related documentation in a timely manner

·        Support internal reporting to head office, including data collection and drafting of compliance updates

·        Participate in compliance reviews and self-assessments across business units

·        Assist in organizing compliance training sessions, regulatory updates, and internal communications

·        Assist in maintenance of compliance policy and procedure manuals in accordance with regulatory developments, Head Office requirements, and industry best practices

·        Support supervisors in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of daily compliance operations, including staff training, internal reporting, etc;

·        Undertake ad-hoc assignments and tasks as required by management.


職位要求

·        University degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant regulatory disciplines;

·        1–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or risk management within financial services is preferred (fresh graduates will also be considered)

·        Strong attention to detail, with good analytical and organizational skills

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

·        Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

·        Proficiency in using Microsoft Office;

·        Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required; and

·        Occasional business travel may be required.
