Ÿ  Responsible for data cleaning, labeling, feature engineering and the design of monitoring indicators.

Ÿ  Build key KPIs and monitoring reports related to research processes to assess process optimization and tool effectiveness quantitatively.

Ÿ  Support data analysis and model building of market data and help enhance the operation and service precision of the sales and trading businesses.

Ÿ  Solid foundation in statistics, familiar with regression, time series, classification, clustering and other methods.

Ÿ  Practical experience in data analysis projects, able to independently complete the full process from problem decomposition to data processing and result presentation.

Ÿ  Familiarity with the Python data analysis ecosystem (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, sklearn) is preferred.

Ÿ  Strong interest in AI, Fintech, and new technologies, proactive learner.

Ÿ  Logical thinking, able to express through data and models, eager to understand the actual needs of frontline business.

Ÿ  Willing to collaborate across departments/ functions, capable of translating "technical language" into "business language."

Ÿ  Experience in relevant research projects, competitions, internships, or open-source contributions is a plus.

Ÿ  Fresh graduates are also welcome.
