·        Perform daily equities settlement for Hong Kong Market and China Stock Connect.

·        Handle CCASS operations, including physical stock deposits/withdrawals, SI/ISI, IPOs, and placements.

·        Manage CTM matching and allocation; liaise with clients and counterparties to resolve settlement issues.

·        Perform stock reconciliations for the Hong Kong market and China Stock Connect products.

·        Ensure smooth daily settlement operations and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

·        Participate in system implementations, UAT, and ad hoc projects as assigned.

l  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

l  Minimum 2 years of experience in securities settlement; candidates with less experience may be considered for junior roles.

l  Solid knowledge of equity listed products and corporate actions.

l  Familiarity with CCASS/DCASS office systems preferred.

l  Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure and overtime when required.

l  Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Excel VBA/Python is an advantage.

l  Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is required.
