l Accountable for projects planning and
allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping
stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
l Ensure projects are managed within the
framework of achieving a company's goals and achieving the vision.
l Liaise among various departments to seek
the best possible solution to speed up the project implementation.
l Manage the project deliverables according
to business requirements, enforce of project deadlines and schedules with good
quality.
l Develop detailed plan to monitor and track
the progress of projects.
l Setup project team along with business and
in the direction of department head, coordinate with internal and external
parties for the execution of projects.
l Perform risk management analysis to reduce
project risks, report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
l Create and maintain a comprehensive project
documentation.
l Provide guidance and coaching to junior
teammates.
l 8+ years in IT experience especially in
banking/finance industry.
l Experience of working in Agile environment
with large, complex projects.
l Ability to build strong relationship with
stakeholders with good understanding of business objectives and able to drive
projects deliveries in line with business objectives.
l Good problem solving, decision-making, communicaiton and interpersional
