l  Work primarily on ECM execution;

l  Assist in assessing business opportunities with respect to ECM transactions;

l  Run financial analysis as well as prepare proposals;

l  Assist in gathering, evaluating and analyzing market data;

l  Provide market updates to clients and handling clients enquiries;

l  Arrange and coordinate investor presentation and roadshow events; and

l  Coordinate with PR for production of presentation and roadshow material.

l  Degree Holder preferably in Finance/ Economics/ Business or related discipline;

l  Minimum 5 years relevant ECM experience, preferably from well reputable Securities Firms;

l  Ability to lead a project team and be able to complete an IPO project with limited support from senior;

l  Strong financial background;

l  Self-motivated, possessing initiative and ability to work independently;

l  Strong sense of responsibility and team work;

l  Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
