Withdrawal Methods

1. All withdrawals can only be made to a Registered Bank account held in the client's own name. When processing a withdrawal, the client must ensure that the relevant bank has been registered as a "Registered Bank", i.e., a same-name bank account that has been verified and registered with the Company. Each client canregister a maximum of 3 banks as Registered Banks. Different currency accounts or other account types under the same Registered Bank are not subject to any limit.

Our Company only accepts registration of bank accounts held with licensed banks in Hong Kong, or with banks supervised by banking regulators in jurisdictions recognized by the Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") as Eligible Jurisdictions.

If a client needs to add and register a new Registered Bank, it canbe done by submitting a 「Registered Bank Account Instruction」.

2. You have to sign a【Withdrawal Instruction form】and email it to the Operations Department at cash.ops@gtjas.com.hk before 2 pm for normal business day and 11 am for half trading day. All Withdrawal Form received after the above-mentioned specified time, will be processed in the next trade day.

3. For all funds transfer to the PRC or overseas, the Operation Department will contact you by phone to confirm the withdrawal. If we cannot contact you for whatever reason, we reserve the right to reject the withdrawal request.

4. If you withdraw funds in the form of overseas remittance, the bank usually charges a handling fee for each transaction which will be deducted from your account. For details of the charges, please refer to the Commission and Service Charges Table which will be updated from time to time.

5. In the case of funds transfer to a local bank well as overseas funds transfer, handling fee will be charges. For details of the charges, please refer to the Commission and Service Charges Table which will be updated from time to time.

6. Withdrawals to third-party accounts (i.e., non-same-name accounts) and withdrawal requests to non-Registered Banks are not permitted.

7. If a client adds a second or subsequent bank while already holding an existing Registered Bank, the newly added bank shall not be available for withdrawal purposes on the date of registration; deposits, however, can be used as normal upon successful verification.

Fund Transfer Methods

When making a deposit, the client must ensure that the relevant deposit bank has been registered as a "Registered Bank", i.e., a same-name bank account that has been verified and registered with the Company. Each client can register a maximum of 3 banks as Registered Banks. Different currency accounts or other account types under the same Registered Bank are not subject to any limit.

Clients can freely transfer funds into or out of their own accounts under Guotai Junan Group (as defined in the Foreign Exchange Trading Client Agreement) via a Registered Bank.

2. You are required to give written instruction and signed a Withdrawal Instruction Form and email it to the Operation Department at cash.ops@gtjas.com.hk before 4:00pm for same-day process. All funds transfer instruction received after 4:00pm, will be processed in the next trade day.

3. You can transfer cash among the accounts in your name through the online fund transfer service.
